With this plugin you can choose a sound that is played when a contact goes offline (as known from ICQ 6) and/or display a popup. It's multilingual and own languages can be added.

Hint
I noticed that QIP crashes sometimes when a Jabber contact goes online. But I have no solution for that problem until now.
